“We stayed at Regal Palms In October, we had a great time! We booked directly with the owner ( Mr & Mrs Wilkinson) they were fantastic and so was their 4 bed town house. It was spotless, it was home from home. We did have a problem with the safe in the bedroom, but we contacted the management company ( they use an independent one) they were more than helpful they were brilliant, all sorted and fixed within a day.
We didn't find the drive to the parks a problem 20 mins to Disney and SeaWorld 30 mins to Universal and 50mins to Busch Gardens. It was also great to have the little shopping centre right next door to Regal Palms, it has all you would need.
We used Applebees a few nights, great for the kids and 2 for the price of one on beer and wine, much cheaper than the clubhouse art Regal Palms.
Overall we had a great time, top tip, try and book with the owner direct and find out who they have to manage it.”

Best Vacation Home thus far 
It all started at vrbo.com/200969. This home is excellent. clean, quiet location, homely furnished, sweet management (private) 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with 2 twin beds each. Family movies and dvd player supplied. No bugs. No smells. Romantic master bedroom balcony overlooking an undeveloped piece of land. The amenities at the club house exceeded our expectations.
We wouldn't ask for more.

I would just like to thank you for helping to making our first holiday in America a great experience. Your house which we stayed in Davenport was first class. We could not fault any of the amenities that you provided for us, bedrooms were all lovely decorated and very comfortable and the master with a balcony over looking a conservation area, the bathrooms all had plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine is a nice touch, the lounge was very comfortable with its large flat screen TV and the luxury of wireless Internet at our disposal and if we needed to wash anything the laundry room was a bonus.
The Club and pool area were a treat to relax in after a hard days trek around the theme parks, we floated around the lazy river and even took a couple of trips down the slide! Pool side meals at 5$ for a burger, chips and a choice of a selection of drinks is not bad too.
