We don’t have complicated rate changes for high and low season. One flat rate of US $100 per night. (Sterling rate according to current exchange rates). This includes all taxes.
  Together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100 Sterling or $200 Dollars per week will secure your dates.
  Upon receipt of your deposit we will send confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance which is due Eight (8) weeks before your arrival, or at the time of booking if arrival date is within eight weeks.
  A resort fee of $10 per day is payable at reception, giving you unlimited use of all the resort facilities for your complete party.
